EU foreign ministers on Monday approved a first key step in Serbia’s bid to join the European Union, French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said. “There was an agreement today,” Juppe told journalists during a break in ministerial talks in Brussels.

On Wednesday, an event entitled “Bulgaria: Land of Spirit and Letters” will take place at the European Parliament Yehudi Menuhin Space, including the performance of young musicians from Bulgaria and young musicians with Bulgarian roots from Ukraine, Moldova, Serbia and Macedonia.
