Arsen Shoyan has been named the new Ambassador of Armenia to Bulgaria. He has been serving so far as head of the Expert-Analytical Department at the President’s Administration. Armenian former Ambassador to Bulgaria Sergey Manaseryan has been appointed deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia.

Head of the European External Action Service (EEAS) for Russia, Eastern Neighborhood and the Western Balkans Miroslav Lajčak will visit Albania today. He is coming to Albania in order to find a solution for the country’s political crisis.
