KABUL (Reuters) – Six people were killed and at least 40 wounded in a suicide bomb attack on government buildings in southern Afghanistan Wednesday, officials said, but a brother of the Afghan president who was in one of the offices was unhurt.

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) – A suicide car-bomber killed two Pakistani soldiers and wounded four on Wednesday in an attack on military camp in the northwestern town of Shabqadar, a military official said.
