The decision to impose sanctions against Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps was adopted by the US when it was in a state of deep paralysis, an IRGC statement said here on Friday.

Iranian officials and the UN’s nuclear watchdog ended four days of talks here aimed at resolving questions related to the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program.
