Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyed Mohammed Ali Hosseini Saturday denounced the hijacking of a Turkish passenger plane this morning, saying that the Islamic Republic would not issue the landing permission for the hijacked plane under any conditions.

Iranian Government Spokesman Gholam Hossein Elham described as baseless and unfounded the recent words and efforts made by the US to list Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terror group, saying that nobody in the world would buy such worthless words.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that the historical defeat and failure of the US and its allies in Iraq shattered their global awe.
