Since the western side has given up its preconditions and demands negotiations under a peaceful atmosphere, Larijani and Solana may reach an agreement in their Wednesday talks, Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini said here on Monday.
