Chairman of the Norwegian parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee voiced his country’s support for Iran’s right to access and use civilian nuclear technology, and expressed hope that Iran and the West would attain a logical solution to the nuclear standoff through talks.

Iran’s former senior negotiator in nuclear talks with the West Hossein Moussavian, who was arrested on charges of transferring the country’s nuclear information to foreign states, is due to be released on a bail of USD 215000 Wednesday, an informed source told FNA.

Following Iran’s insistence on the necessity of indiscriminative implementation of all contents of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), the first session of the Preparatory Committee for the 2010 NPT Review Conference unanimously approved of Iran’s stance, Tehran’s envoy to IAEA said.
