Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini on Saturday called on the British government to show respect for the national sovereignty of the world countries and international rules and avoid distortion of realities.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stressed that the development of ties with independent European countries sets a principle of his country’s foreign policy.

Iran and South Korea on Saturday signed an agreement to form a joint investment committee, Iranian Economic Affairs and Finance Ministry said.
