The following is the full text of Iran’s statement on Agenda Item 8 of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors addressed to the Board chairman by Iran’s Permanent Representative to the IAEA Ali Asqar Soltanieh.

Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Larijani Thursday said Russia has demanded Iran to make payments in advance of the agreed dates.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that the Islamic countries will be able to solve the Palestinian issue through enhanced coordination and by focusing on the interests of the Palestinian nation.
