Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has accused the West of interfering in Belarus as he met Alyaksandr Lukashenka, who has faced months of protests over his disputed reelection.

The Russian military has successfully tested a new anti-ballistic missile. It was launched from the Sary-Shagan testing range in Kazakhstan and hit the simulated target, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
