The Head of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sirraj, has met with the European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Federica Mogherini, to discuss security, illegal immigration, economic and other issues of mutual concern, the PC’s media office reported Tuesday.
