The Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi has denied intentions to intervene within Syrian affairs, saying airstrikes against Islamic State will continue. In his weekly speech, Abadi said, “we don’t want to intervene within Syrian affairs. The Syrian people should have self-determination.”
