For the second day in a row, Bosnian police have arrested two men suspected of war crimes committed in the towns of Sekovici and Busovaca during the 1992-95 conflict.

The former local government chief in the town of Pale told Bosnian Serb military chief Ratko Mladic’s war crimes trial that Bosniaks were not expelled from the area, but wanted to leave.

After years of interruptions, the authorities announced the start of construction work on a high-standard state prison.
