Bosnian Croat Fighters Indicted for Kiseljak Torture

Four ex-members of the Croatian Defence Council, whose arrests sparked a protest in Kiseljak, are accused of the torture and inhumane treatment of prisoners of war in 1993.

The cantonal court in Novi Travnik on Tuesday confirmed the indictment against the former fighters who are charged with the torture and inhumane treatment of two prisoners of war, one of whom was killed, in the Kiseljak municipality in 1993.

The accused, who were arrested in early February, were initially only identified by their initials.

But after , their names were revealed to be Miroslav Skoro, Bosiljko Dilber and Ljubo Dilber from Kiseljak and Milos Dalibor from Sarajevo.

The court imposed a travel ban on the suspects and ordered them to hand over their passports.
