Arab League condemns Israeli aggression on Lebanon

Director of the Bureau of the Arab League Secretary General Hisham Youssef on Thursday condemned the Israeli flagrant aggression on Lebanon.

In a TV statement, Youssef called for the necessity of a quick move in dealing with this dangerous situation, pointing out that an accord was reached on holding an emergent meeting of the Arab Foreign Minister next Saturday to discuss the dangerous developments which the Lebanese and Palestinian arenas are witnessing and to adopt proper stances.

Meanwhile, the Israeli raids on Beirut International Airport caused a heavy damages in the eastern and western runways, the Lebanese National News Agency said.
