In its ratification, the Council of Ministers has made reference to the law that obligates the government to revise cooperation with the IAEA dated 2006 and in view of the approval of the illegal resolution No. 1747 by the UN Security Council against the Iranian nation in confrontation with the peaceful nuclear activities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and decided to suspend the amendment No 3/1 to Agreement INF CIRC/214 with the IAEA No.

30/95265 dated 26 February 2002 that foresees further cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the IAEA.
