Schwarz-Schilling begins talks with BiH leaders on constitutional reform

SARAJEVO, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) — High Representative Christian Schwarz-Schilling has begun consultations with the leaders of the BiH political parties on the issue of constitutional reform.The closed-door talks are aimed at clarifying the stances of local leaders and getting the process back under way, a spokesperson for Schwarz-Schilling said.
