More Individuals Summoned in Relation to Esfandyari’s Case

Iran’s Intelligence Minister Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejeie said more individuals have been summoned to the court in relation to the cases of Haleh Esfandyari and Ramin Jahanbaglou. Speaking to FNA here on Wednesday, the intelligence minister also added that investigations into the cases of Esfandyari and Jahanbaglou still continue.

Elsewhere, Mohseni Ejeie responded to a question about the fate of the case with Iran’s former nuclear negotiator Hossein Moussavian, and said that the judiciary system is now in charge of the case, adding that judiciary officials are now working on Moussavian’s case.

Asked about the latest conditions of a certain number of students who had been arrested by his ministry earlier, he said that some of the students have been released, while investigations continue into the case of some others.
