Iran Non-Oil Exports Increase by 28%

Iran’s non-oil exports experienced a 28% increase in the first four months of the Iranian year from March 2007, announced commerce minister. Masoud Mir Kazemi also said that the country’s non-oil exports have increased by 47% since President Ahmadinejad ascended to power, adding that the administration has fully succeeded in materializing the goals of Iran’s fourth five-year development plan.

He also assured that non-oil exports would undergo a more eye-catching growth in the next two years, remaining from Ahmadinejad’s term of office.
