Iran Launches Home-Made, High Speed Vessel

Iran launched a highly advanced, high-speed cruise vessel, which has been made by its own experts, in the country’s southern waters in the Persian Gulf Wednesday morning. The luxury cruise ship called ‘FTB-VIT’ enjoys high maneuverability, and has been ordered by the governorate of the oil-rich province of Khuzestan to be used for meetings with the border officials of the neighboring countries.

The vessel with a length of 19.8 m, width of 4.9 m and height of 2.8 has been built by experts of Iran’s Arvandan Shipbuilding Company.
