Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini here Saturday expressed regret over the death of a number of Bangladeshi citizens during thunderstorms and heavy rain falls in the country. According to a statement released by the Foreign Ministry’s Information and Press Bureau, Hosseini further extended Iran’s condolences to the Bangladeshi government and nation, and expressed sympathy for the bereaved families of the victims, wishing patience and rapid recovery for the wounded and other affected people in Bangladesh.
