TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a message to Traian Basescu on Sunday extended his congratulations to the Romanian president, government and nation on the country’s national day.
Also in his message to the Romanian president, Ahmadinejad said he was confident that joint efforts and direct political consultations could render much help to the two sides to acquire a better understanding of the realities and use the existing potentials for the further expansion of mutual ties and, meantime, assist them in finding fair solutions to regional and international issues, a statement released by the Presidential Press Office said.
