Switzerland Stresses Diplomatic Solution of Iran’s N. Case

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Following the report by 16 US intelligence agencies which approved the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear programs, Switzerland renewed its call for a diplomatic solution to Iran’s nuclear issue.

Swiss officials said that the US National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) substantiates the need for the settlement of Iran’s nuclear case through peaceful means.

Swiss foreign ministry spokesman last Tuesday also attached much significance to the soothing of tensions between Tehran and Washington.

“The report supports the idea that diplomatic solutions are available for Iran’s nuclear issue,” he said.
