TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran is set to purchase 100 Russian Topolov-204 and Topolov-214 planes over the next 10 years.The agreement, set to be signed in May, is believed to be worth in the region of 2 to 2.5 billion dollars, ISNA reported on Saturday.
The agreement will include export of the planes and permission for assembly in both Iran and Russia, ISNA said.
A further agreement will be signed to address the issues of servicing and repairing the planes and will include the purchase of five Topolov-334 planes in five years, the report added.
