Iran to Boost Oil Output to 4.27 Mln bpd Next Year

A03483061.jpgTEHRAN (FNA)- Based on projections, Iran should be capable of producing a mean of 4.27 Mln bpd of crude oil during the upcoming Iranian year (starting 21st March), by the end of which the output will be raised to about 4.3 Mln bpd, an Iranian oil official said.

Abdol Mohammad Delparish, director of the corporate planning department of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) put the current crude oil production of Iran at a mean of 4.2 Mln bpd, and said the crude output of Darkhovin was foreseen to reach 160,000 bpd next year.

He also said Aghajari’s oil production stood at a mean of 150,000 bpd.
