Elections Results Prove National Support for Iran’s N. Program

A00905682.jpgTEHRAN (FNA)- The fact that conservatives won more than 70% of votes in the parliamentary elections this March has made even the most hostile and pessimistic analysts in the West announce that election results prove most Iranians support their country’s nuclear program and its right to enrich uranium.

Nuclear program has increased solidarity among all Iranians with different political viewpoints. Iran’s nuclear policy has for the first time gathered all political groups and parties, including the conservatives, the liberal and even the opposition groups and secularist in exile around one single point, which is strong support for the national nuclear ambitions.

Public participation in the elections and poll results have proved so lustrous and efficient that sources close to Chairman of the Assembly of Experts and the Expediency Council Ali Akbar Hashemi-Rafsanjani say he has no concerns about the future of the Iranian nuclear program.

He is rather sure the United States and the European countries have no way but to open dialogue with Ahmadinejad on the issue in the light of the parliament elections.
