Moscow will keep shooting down Georgian airplanes from now on

The United States has accused Russia of aggravating the tensions with Georgia. The White House has made a statement that Russia’s actions in the situation around Abkhazia are provocative.Member of Georgian government Temuri Yakobashvili, who arrived in Brussels for the negotiations with the EU, stated that Russia is trying to provoke his country to unleash a war in Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

Russia will not allow Georgian military aircraft to conduct flights over the zone of the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict. This provoking statement towards Georgia was made by the notorious Russian war criminal and head of the gang called “Main Directorate of Military Training”, Vladimir Shamanov.

Shamanov is wanted by the authorities of the Caucasus Emirate for war crimes committed on the territory of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, for organizing mass murders of civilians, and for sadism and tortures.

“There is a notable evolution in the statements of official Tbilisi (capital of Georgia – KC) about the flights of Georgian unmanned aircraft in the conflict zone. Earlier the Georgian side used to claim that they are not drones at all, and now they are artificially aggravating the tension and claiming that their flying machines will keep on flying in the zone of the conflict,” the mobster said.

“Such steps are an open violation of the Moscow Agreement on ceasefire and separation of forces, as well as other documents on settling the conflict, and we will not allow them [the flights] to be carried out,” Shamanov had threatened.

“The leadership of the Defense Ministry of Russia is keeping track of the situation in the conflict zone, and all measures necessary are already under way,” the criminal added without being specific on what kind of steps they are.

The Georgian side, however, pointed out at the lies and groundlessness in Moscow’s claims. Not a single agreement, nor the UN resolution, specifies a ban on flights by Georgian unmanned aircraft over its own territories, which Abkhazia is formally a part of, even though not de jure.

Meanwhile South Ossetia is assured that Georgia is “going to solve the problem of South Ossetia and Abkhazia by force” and South Ossetian side promised that the people of the North Caucasus will “help Tskhinvali in case the conflict breaks out”.

The statement was made by Chairman of Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia, Tarzan Kokoity.

“We are seriously concerned that Georgia is planning a large-scale military operation in Abkhazia and South Osseita. There are reasons to believe that Georgia is going to solve the problem of South Ossetia and Abkhazia by force,” Kokoity said, and then announced that “There are no political or legal grounds in Georgia’s favor for the solution of this problem.”

According to him, up until now Georgia has been supported by the European Union, OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe), and for the most part the US.

“And now, when “good old” Europe represented by France, Germany and Spain have supported Russia at the UN Security Council on the issues of Georgia and Ukraine joining the NATO, Saakashvili (President of Georgia) is making great provocations, thereby trying to drag the Western world into the Georgian-Ossetian and Georgian-Abkhaz conflicts,” said he.

South Ossetian side is “extremely concerned by this, and is hoping that Russia will not allow another genocide,” he said.

“We were assured that in case of Georgian aggression, not a single republic of the North Caucasus will stand aside, and all help necessary will be given to South Ossetia and Abkhazia,” Tarzan Kokoity announced.

“As far as the political side of the issue, we are calling of the government of Georgia to sit down at the negotiating table and solve the problem peacefully, and the main thing is not to worsen the relations between the Ossetian and Georgian people,” he stressed.

In this connection we would like to make a reminder that Chief of Information and Analytical Service of the Caucasus Emirate, Movladi Udugov, referred to Moscow’s statement on the “help of North Caucasus volunteers” in the war against Georgia and mentioning of “Congress of Caucasian Nations”, which was dismissed a long time ago, as Kremlin’s propaganda and blackmail.

Mr. Udugov said that the Government of the Caucasus Emirate is carefully monitoring the events around Georgia, since they are taking place right at the borders of the Caucasus Emirate, and are directly affecting the state’s interests.

Movladi Udugov announced that special strategic department of the monitoring group, set up due to the events in the South Caucasus, is “monitoring military activity of Russian occupational troops, their movement routes, especially near the border with Georgia, transfer of troops and equipment, visits to the region by high-ranking military officials, activity of intelligence services, including the military intelligence of the Russian Defense Ministry. The group also processes intelligence information received from agents in South Ossetia and Abkhazia.”

“The situation around Georgia was discussed at the latest Shura Council of the South-Western Front, which took place in the beginning of this month. The military command of the Caucasus Emirate has made several decisions regarding this issue, which are not being disclosed.

“I have to say that for the time being Tbilisi has not appealed to us with any requests or offers. For the time being Georgian authorities have not asked us to share our intelligence information and have not asked us about military assistance in case of a real Russian aggression,” Movladi Udigov said.
