Serbian FM: No Serbian officials will attend Josipović inauguration

Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić said that no Serbian officials will be attending the inauguration of new Croatian President Ivo Josipović.

“The Croatian president has made his decision. He chose Kosovo officials, not Serbian officials,” Jeremić said.

He added that because of the invitation extended to Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu to attend the inauguration, there will be no Serbian government officials present at the event.

Jeremić said that whether or not relations between Serbia and Croatia will improve depends on Zagreb.
