Moldova’s interim president: I am no longer leaving to Brussels, because of some persons

This week, Moldova’s interim president Mihai Ghimpu was planning to make a work visit to Brussels, but his plans have changed.

When asked about the reasons for cancelling his visit, Mihai Ghimpu specified: “I don`t leave because of some persons”. He refused to name them.

Previously Ghimpu declared that he intended to make a visit to Brussels, where he was supposed to meet numerous European officials, the main topic of the discussions referring to the draft of the new Constitution.
