Georgian FM receives European Parliament delegation in Tbilisi

Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze received European Parliament delegation, visiting Tbilisi and acquainted them with Georgia’s political situation.

“We have maximally satisfied their interest,” he said.

Vashadze emphasized particular importance of their visit to Georgia.

The delegation included the Austrian Parliament Socialist Group Deputy Chairman Hannes Swoboda, MP from the Netherlands, deputy chairman of the European democracy and solidarity Forum Jan Marinus Viers, a member of the Austrian Parliament, former chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Peter Schieder, the representative of the Czech Republic, Vice-President of the European Parliament Libor Roucek, vice-chairman of the South Caucasus delegation of the European Parliament Zoran Thaler.
