Moldovan interim President Mihai Ghimpu had a phone discussion with his Russian opposite number Traian Basescu. The two officials agreed the details of Ghimpu’s visit in Bucharest on April 27th and 28th 2010.
They analyzed the implementation level of common projects agreed during Basescu’s visit in Chisinau, in January, and established the schedule for Ghimpu’s planned visit in Bucharest. The two leaders convened to enhance bilateral relationships and hope this dialogue will be a valuable tool of improving collaboration between the two countries.
Besides, they reciprocally bid Moldovan and Romanian citizens Easter felicitations.
