EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule: neither Serbia or Kosovo will have a shortcut to EU membership

The UN resolution on Kosovo opens the doors of the European Union for Serbia and Kosovo, but neither side will have a shortcut to EU membership.  He also said that the most important steps will follow after the resolution.
Fule made no comment on the date for possible EU membership for Serbia and Kosovo.
