Republic of Srpska Constitutional Court to decide on Bosniak veto

Republic of Srpska (RS) Constitutional Court is to decide on Monday whether national interest of Bosniaks (Muslims) were threatened. The case relates the election of Aleksandar Džombić as the prime minister of the Bosnian Serb entity. 

On Wednesday, the Court accepted request of the Bosniak club within RS Council of Peoples, vetoed the election of Džombić for the prime minister of RS. Bosniak club explains their request with the fact that there is not a single Bosniak representative within six major functions in legislative, executive and judicial administrations.
