Miroslav Lajcak, the EU’s special envoy mediating the political crisis in Albania, will lead another round of negotiations between the government and the opposition on Thursday (February 3rd). Lajcak will reiterate Brussels’ call to put more effort into re-establishing dialogue to help the country out of the crisis. “I have a strong message from the EU, and I will bring it to Tirana,” Lajcak told European Parliament members, whom he was briefing on the latest developments.
