Serbian minister for Kosovo meets with OSCE High Commissioner for National Minorities

Serbian Minister for Kosovo and Metohija Goran Bogdanović conferred on Tuesday in Belgrade with the OSCE High Commissioner for National Minorities Knut Vollebaek.

They discussed “issues important for normal coexistence in Kosovo”, the ministry said in a release.

Bogdanović said that Serbia considers as essential that the activities the OSCE high commissioner for national minorities should be in accordance with UN SC Resolution 1244 and be status-neutral.

Vollebaek was interested in the issues of protection of cultural monuments and cultural heritage, education, demographic situation, and recognition of diplomas issued by educational institutions of Kosovo, according to the statement.
