EU analyzes lifting visa-free regime for Macedonia and Serbia

The European Commission (EC) has worked out a proposal for lifting the visa-free regime for Macedonia and Serbia. The idea has been launched by Belgium.

Europe is discussing changes of the Schengen rules because of the inflow of immigrants from North Africa and the non-observation of the visa-free regime of behalf of the citizens of the Balkan countries may lead to a concerning situation.
