Delegates from 43 countries arrived in Chisinau to participate in the 4th Aarhus Convention Meeting of the Parties, between June 27 and July 1, 2011. The event will gather over 400 representatives from Great Britain, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Latvia, Ukraine and other members of the Aarhus Convention on Access to Information in Environmental Matters.
On June 28, a round table with 15 environmental NGOs from Moldova and abroad will be organized. Participants will discuss about the biggest problems they encounter in their activity. On June 29 and 30, the delegations will present reports about the situation in their countries.
