Georgian delegation to attend PACE debate on Russia

A debate on Russia’s recent elections will be held at the PACE meeting on Thursday attended by the Georgian delegation led by parliamentary majority leader Petre Tsiskarishvili.

The issue of holding a debate on Russia was discussed in Strasbourg on Wednesday before the parliamentary session at the meeting of the Bureau.

Prior to the debate, a special report prepared by a delegation of the Council of Europe regarding parliamentary elections in Russia held on Dec.4, will be made at the meeting where Leonid Slutsky will represent Russia.
