Croatia will not support Serbian FM for UN General Assembly presidency

Croatian FM Vesna Pusić stated that Croatia will support Lithuania’s candidate for President of the United Nations General Assembly.

This is because Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremićć entered his bid for the office “at the last moment”, she said.

Vuk Jeremić’s candidacy came unexpectedly, and at the last minute, she said.

“Croatia could hardly support Jeremić because it can not be predicted what will be the outcome of the elections, and therefore the policy of the neighboring country,” the article reads.
