Samuel Žbogar will be European Union Special Representative in Kosovo

Former Slovenian foreign minister Samuel Žbogar will assume the office of the European Union Special Representative (EUSR) in Kosovo on Monday.

His tenure will last until mid 2013, with the possibility of extension.

At the same time, Žbogar will head the EU office in Priština. He will hold this position for four years.
