Macedonian Defence Minister Fatmir Besimi said the country will not change the process of reforms no matter what the outcome of the NATO summit in Chicago is.
“Macedonia has an open invitation for NATO membership and when the name issue is solved the invitation will become official, no matter the outcomes of the summits,” Besimi remarked.
