Bulgaria supports Serbia’s EU integration

The Bulgarian Embassy to Belgrade rejects the risk that Sofia to block Serbia’s accession to the EU.

“Bulgaria played an active role in the process of Serbia’s obtaining a status of EU member state candidate, because we believe that the European integration is the best way of solving political and economic issues,” said Bulgarian Ambassador Georgi Georgiev.

According to him, the integration of the Balkan countries in the EU will bring stability in the region and will also increase and improve the opportunities for the business and the citizens.
