KFOR to send 700 troops in Kosovo ahead of Serbian elections

KFOR Commander Erhard Drews has stated that additional 700 NATO troops are expected to arrive in Kosovo by Friday.

The Operational Reserve Forces (ORF) troops, would be sent to KFOR before the Serbian elections that will take place on May 6.

The troops will be composed by 550 German and 150 Austrian and will be stationed at checkpoints in Kosovska Mitrovica and in Albanian villages in northern Kosovo.
