Serbia’s Kosovo Office chief resigns

Director of Serbia’s Government Office for Kosovo, Aleksandar Vulin, announced publicly his dissatisfaction with the agreement between the Serbian and Kosovar authorities on normalisation of the relations and announced he had handed in his resignation.

“Today I am obliged to announced before Serbia that I have decided to hand in my resignation as Director of the Kosovo Office with the Serbian government and I will officially do it tomorrow before the government,” Vulin said on Tuesday night.

According to him, the reason for the resignation is the difference in the positions between the government and him over the normalisation of the relations with Kosovo.
