Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received on Wednesday the visit of former Romanian President Emil Constantinescu.
Emil Constantinescu recalled Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev.
During the meeting, they stressed the importance of the first South Caucasus Forum in Baku. President Ilham Aliyev and Emil Constantinescu hailed the current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Romania.
