Syrian and bullets hit dozens of houses in Turkish province Sanliurfa

Dozens of houses and offices in the border district of Ceylanpinar, province of Sanliurfa, have repeatedly been hit by shells and bullets fired from Syria during the ongoing violent fighting in the region of the Syrian province of Resulayn.

The shootings between Kurdish fighters from the Party of Democratic Unity of Kurdistan and Jihadists related with Al-Nusra Front and Islamic State of Iraq and Syria started on July 16 and have been underway for 12 days.

At the same time the Turkish security forces undertakes additional measures on the border and the municipality warns continually against nearing the border region.
