Ukrainian Parliament rejects no-confidence vote on Government

imgThe Ukrainian parliament rejected a motion to hold a vote of confidence in the government on Tuesday, following massive pro-EU protests calling for the resignation of President Viktor Yanukovich and his government.

Thousands of citizens and university students have been staging mass rallies for over a week in Kiev against their President Viktor Yanukovych’s refusal to sign the Association Agreement with the EU.
