The Algerian-Egyptian relations witness “substantial” and “very positive progress,” said Wednesday in Algiers, Egypt’s Ambassador Omar Ali Mohammad Ibrahim Abu Eich.
In a statement to the press following the meeting he had with the President of the Republic, to whom he presented his credentials as an Ambassador, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Egypt to Algeria, Abu Eich said that the “bilateral relations, which were the focus of talks with President Bouteflika, are experiencing a substantial and very positive development.”
The Head of State “is keen on constantly ensuring the development of the bilateral relations,” noted the Egyptian diplomat for whom “the development of bilateral relations is beneficial to the two brotherly peoples.”
