Khalil al-Haya, a member of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that those behind the assassination of the scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh will pay the price sooner or later, “and those who mess with the fire burn with it.”
This came during his speech to the “Palestinian Media Center.”
Al-Haya added that assassination came in the process of mixing the region’s papers and bringing them into new conflicts.
The aim of the assassination was to cut off any calm in the region and to block the Arab and Islamic nation from possessing the tools of force, he said
He continued: “The assassination of this scientist is a series of assassinations of all scientific competence possessed by the Arab and Islamic nation in favor of the Israeli occupation and colonial powers in this region.”
He stressed that the efforts of the negotiators with the Israeli occupation and nearly 30 years did not give the Palestinian people their right.
He warned against the Palestinian Authority’s involvement in the process of settlement and normalization with the Israeli occupation under many different names.
