Al-Nujaba’s warning to invading Turkish army: Learn from fate of American occupiers

The al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement in Iraq has officially warned Ankara that if it does not reconsider its aggressive approach, it will face the same fate as the Turkish occupiers.

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran‎, the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement issued an official statement criticizing the weakness of the official [institutions] and the factional interests that have turned Iraq into a scene of extravagance by some foreign forces and expressed grave concern over the information received regarding the invasion of the Turkish occupying forces in Nineveh Governorate and the city of Sinjar.

This movement strongly warned Ankara, noting, “The Turkish army must learn from the fate of the American occupiers, who had greater facilities, weapons and personnel.”

al-Nujaba called on the government, parliament and all relevant institutions in Iraq to take a united and firm stand against such aggression.

At the end of the statement, it is emphasized that if these warnings are ignored, the Iraqi people and the Islamic Resistance groups will implement their specific option to return the occupiers and their plot to where they came from, in addition to deterring them.
